It was hard waking up this morning for the KMLE Nation after 3 days of partying at one of the greatest music festivals. We end up deciding that 3 days is nothing and we were ready to ring in day 4 and with the lineup that Sunday had to offer, it was hard to not be excited. The beginning of the final day at Country Thunder started off with some dark menacing clouds that caused some trouble. Rain started to pour and the lighting lit up the heavens above the massive KMLE Nation but it didn’t stop the party from going on!
Could such a storm close down a music festival of this magnitude? Heck NO! The Casey Donahew Band took the stage and helped the KMLE Nation overcome and the thought of the rain as it suddenly disappeared with the sweet sound of their music. (click to see gallery)
It was now the turn of A Thousand Horses to take the main stage at KMLE Country Thunder and before they did, they spent time with Chris & Nina backstage.
The anticipation for them to come out was very high and they did a great job of meeting our expectations of them and more. (click to see gallery)
The night was starting to creep over the mountain side in Florence, Arizona and the fire pits around the campsites were being lit. We were down to the final two artists of the night. What a party it has been so far.
Randy House took the time to sit down with Chris & Nina to talk about the changes in his life, getting ready for his wedding and yoga.
Randy Houser hit the stage and put on one hell of a show, as he usually does. You’ve got to see the shots make the decision on your own. Regardless, the KMLE Nation was rocking out. (click to see gallery)
The anticipation that had built up over these last 4 days to get to this point of KMLE Country Thunder was out of this world. Two words. Eric Church. We managed to make it this far. After all that we have been through the rain, some drinking, lack of sleep, the hangovers, and the laughs, have all become memories that we will never forget.
The KMLE Nation was about to witness one of the greatest country artists at the best music festivals in the southwest. Eric Church took the stage and for an hour and a half, we forgot about all the problems in the world. (click to see gallery)
